A nude photo of 13-year-old David Verhaeghe is found on the computer of a paedophile. Questioned about it, the boy remains silent. Soon the vice team finds out that a convicted paedophile, recently released from prison, has moved into his neighbourhood. When it also turns out that this man lives in the same house as Charles' daughter and grandson, the situation comes to a head.
